After Botanic Gardens, we decided to drive somewhere to look for late lunch for the adults (Alvin's parents and both of us). Finally decided on Marina Square after a lengthy discussion.

Test-driving a tricycle at Mothercare - yes, we bought it in the end at an offer price of $165 because she really seemed to like it!

 

After a whole day of galivanting outside, we brought her home around 6 for dinner at home. Claryce, Karen, Mad, Lynette and Youjin decided to drop by to see chubs because they missed her cuteness so! Also because our initial plan was to play MJ after chubs' bedtime.. heeh... Karen and Claryce arrived first and when they stepped into my room to play with chubs, chubs began wailing. WAILING! Especially when Claryce wanted to carry her. BUT! Babies being babies, chubs really has goldfish memory. Within 10 minutes of coaxing and "bribing" her with toys, she became BFF with Claryce. She even reached out for Claryce to carry her! And when Claryce carried her, she put her face near Claryce's face as a sign of affection. I teased Claryce by saying she felt a sense of closeness to her because of she's the closest in size to her! hahaha...

 

20 mins after Karen and Claryce, Lynette and all arrived to see her. She began crying again but it wasn't as bad as Claryce and she even turned to Claryce for comfort when she wanted to get away from Lynette and all. Since she had a long day, she fell asleep after playing for a while more.
